Senior Project Manager - Chemical plant design Baytown, TX Salary:
150K-175K annually
22% bonus PM is responsible for capital investment projects and is accountable for meeting all scope requirements, including achieving product quality and design capacity, and completing the project within the scheduled time frame and appropriate budget.
MUST HAVES:
BS, MS or Phd in Chemical Engineering Chlor Alkali Chemistry and technology experience Managed Capex projects above 150mm conception to completion EPC/ EPCm experience Chemical Plant Construction experience BS (University) degree in Engineering, preferable in Chemical Engineering, with a minimum of 15 years of experience of managing investment projects
Qualifications:
Proven track record in delivering international and national projects - $50 MM 200 mm.
Excellent Technical skills about relevant local and global standards An understanding of CapEx and OpEx business principles and procedures is beneficial in the handling of cost-related aspects of project management.
Knowledge of the German language is highly beneficial Willingness to travel and take international assignments- other major financial magnitude to describe importance of the position Accountable for the delivery of highly complex technology Capital Investments in the $50 MM to 200 mm range Maintain a close working relationship, with global business management in order to define, plan, budget, and execute required capital investment.
Candidates must have experience supporting FEL 1 and execute FEL2 through cold commissioning.
Manage the implementation of complex capital investments Provide direct supervision, management, coaching and training of an international and diverse project team.
