Package Center Associate (4336198) PT

This is a 6 week contract.
Primary duties include answering phones, sorting mail, distributing, controlling, and/or decontrolling call tags, one-time pickups, and driver follow-up, distributing center messages to drivers, auditing and updating time cards, and preparing address corrections.
There is minimal customer contact and no responsibility for on-demand services.
Other duties may upload and/or download of the DIAD, coordinating DIAD equipment control, and other general center responsibilities.

30pm M-F (Part-time)Need to have skills with Microsoft Excel and Word, customer service oriented, will interact with customers and drivers.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
