Technical Support Engineer


Essential Duties and Responsibilities
o Supports Outside Sales force and industrial clients.
o Provides technical expertise, applications review and product information and selection.
o Provides sales force and customers with pricing quotations and proposals.
o Presents applications and product information at training seminars.
o Order entry and processing.
o Reviews customers' specifications and responds to their inquiries.
o Control valves and actuators sizing, and instrumentation selection.
o Liaison with the technical and sales support teams of our German-based group of companies.

Education/Credentials:
o 4 year college degree in the instrumentation, mechanical, chemical, electrical engineering, or related field is preferred and/or equivalent job experience of control and instrumentation in process industry related field.
Job Related
Experience:
o Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar environment or a plant would be an asset.
Demonstrated Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
o Well-developed computer skills in Word, Excel, and other general office programs are required.
o Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
o Self-starter with a desire to achieve challenging goals and objectives.
o Knowledge of the German language would be an asset but is not required.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
