This is a $12B organization is 21 US locations. This is a Sulfuric Acid regeneration manufacturing site with 35 employees. This is a very highly profitable product and very important to company profits.
Your unique role with the company: Reporting to the Maintenance Manager you will develop and maintain policies, procedures, testing and analysis of equipment related to Mechanical Integrity Program (MI).
Serve as primary resources for area Reliability
Improve Reliability program-lubrication, vibration, NDT
Custodian for Mechanical Preventative Maintenance program
Participate in RCFA efforts
Fill in for Maintenance positions as needed, primarily the Maintenance Manager
What we are looking for in a Candidate:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required. Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of reliability engineering or process control experience in a chemical and/or manufacturing plant.
Proven ability to plan and prioritize to accomplish goals.
Strong computer skills and understanding
Good communication skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
