We are a very busy, fast paced, one doctor practice.
We are a small animal only clinic.
We have a fantastic support staff.
Candidate must be friendly, outgoing and demonstrate a positive attitude.
Must be a self motivated, team player who is able to communicate well with clients and staff.
Benefit package includes:
Competitive pay, sign on bonus, paid vacation, simple IRA, life insurance, CE Allowance, professional liability coverage and paid licenses.
Duties include:
Delivering complete and up-to-date veterinary care, including examinations, diagnosis, medical and surgical procedures.
Managing clients, including recommending and explaining the appropriate medical care and keeping clients informed both in the exam room and over the telephone.
Maintaining and developing accurate patient records, and all the necessary logs.
Deal professionally and honestly with clients and staff and be able to multi-task and work on more than one case at a time.
Applicants must be in good standing with the state board.
Must be willing to work business hours Tuesday- Saturday.
New graduates are welcome to apply, although experience is a plus.
A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, or equivalent, is required from an accredited university.
All licenses must be current in the State of Texas.
Salary based on experience.
