We are a full service, full service printing and distribution company that specializes in the printing, publishing, distribution, and shipping of business and professional apparel.
We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team! DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Accounts Payable shall provide financial, administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations.
Accounts Payable shall also process and monitor payments and expenditures.
Specific responsibilities may include:
Perform the day-to-day processing of financial transactions in Quickbooks.
Prepare, verify, and process invoices and coding payment documents in Quickbooks.
Data enter invoices for payment in Quickbooks.
Process backup reports after data entry.
Maintain listing of accounts receivable.
Maintain a filing system for all financial documents Ensure the confidentiality and security of all financial items.
Support and participate in the organization's Continual Improvement Program to conform API Spec Q1 requirements by complying with the Quality Policy and procedures and meeting QMS objectives.
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION AND TRAINING Associate's degree in Business preferred or 5
years equivalent work experience.
EXPERIENCE 4 years of payroll processing experience.
Quickbooks Experience working in an API Spec Q1 environment a plus.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Must be detail oriented.
Ability to manage time and complete multiple tasks, while meeting deadlines.
Must be proficient in using a personal computer, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must have excellent organizational skills.
PHYSICAL AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS Reasonable accommodations are made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
Sitting, bending, standing, walking, 8-10 hours per day.
Able to lift 25 lbs.
