We are an export shipping company with 4 US and 8 international offices.
Mostly engaging with used and salvage car export worldwide.
We are looking for a Dispatcher, who is energetic, communicable person, has a great attitude, great patience, multi-tasking skills, problem solving skills, is a team player and is detail oriented.
Job Functions/
Responsibilities:
Effective and on-time cars dispatch from seller locations; Coordinate daily operations with outsourced car towing companies; Respond to Clients' email/phone calls service requests related to the cars dispatch service; Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner.
Assist in other areas of the Company operations as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
1
years of Cars Dispatcher experience; Computer literacy, Organization, Accuracy, Time Management, Independence, Administration Skills, Reporting Skills, Scheduling; Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines within a fast paced environment; Strong written and oral communication skills are essential; Experience in logistics industry is preferred.
Russian speaking a plus Job Type:
