Job Description:
Manages busy auto parts department at collision center including order follow-up, receiving deliveries, invoice entry, managing returns and credits.
Essential Job Duties Follow up on pending orders Check-in, verify accuracy and distribute parts Data entry of parts invoices Manage returns & credits for wrong & damaged parts Shuttle vehicles as necessary Manage inventory, orders, deliveries and invoicing for bulk paint & materials Perform Pre and Post repair vehicle diagnostic scans Serve as back-up support for front office (as needed) Skills/Other Requirements Valid driver's license with 2 years clean driving report Will train the right candidate About Us:
