The ideal candidate will have no problem working with pediatric patients and their families, and will be comfortable providing comprehensive care in the home setting.
Responsibilities include administering medications, providing patient education, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
Our Nurses will also be responsible for maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to pediatric patients in the home setting.
Assess and evaluate patient's physical and emotional needs.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
Educate families on home health care and safety issues.
Provide patient education on health promotion and disease prevention.
Monitor vital signs, administer IVs, and perform other nursing procedures as needed.
Document patient care in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
